For your protection, we require a signature for delivery of orders over $300. This requirement is regardless of any waivers you may have chosen with any specific shipping service. At times, shipping companies may require signature for all packages regardless of their value. Should you have any special delivery request, please contact our customer service.

• You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
• For Security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
• All orders will be shipped pending credit approval.
• Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.
• In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
• Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
• All personalized Jewelry orders and orders that require resizing will be shipped out 7-10 business days after order has been submitted due to the customization work involved.
