We are confident that you will be impressed with your order. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of its delivery. We will be happy to issue you a credit in the same method originally used to purchase (less shipping cost) within 15 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise, provided that returns meet the following criteria:

• Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
• Returns must include the original packing slip along with the return authorization number. Please keep a copy for your records.
• The item(s) must be in original condition and in the original gift box. Any items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage are not returnable. Please note that any item with a Certificate, must be returned with the original Certificate in order to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced by the cost of the Certificate.
• Please wrap the package securely in a box and insure it for the full retail price of the item(s), as we are not liable for the loss and/or damage to merchandise while in transit to us. Additionally, please require a signature for your shipment.
• All free gifts (if any) with purchase must be returned with the products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to merchandise which are not returned with the free gift.
• Delivery charge will not be refunded
